About Sarah

Having previously worked as a registered osteopath for almost 20 years, I have come to realise just how much the world in which we live continues to disconnect us from our true selves. We are not meant to spend our lives in a constant state of stress and dis-ease. We are meant to live in Health and allow the Divine Intelligence in each us to flourish with Love.

As such, I have chosen to be part of a wave of practitioners, teachers and others looking to create a new world, one which focuses on Health, Wellbeing, Connectedness and Love. When we connect with each other, allow the body to rest and create space within, our Divine Intelligence can be expressed. Healing can occur.

By listening with quiet hands and using gentle techniques I am able to help strengthen one’s connection to this Divine Intelligence in order to bring about Healing. The way I work has been shaped over many years by incredible teachers from all over the world from a range of backgrounds, practices and modalities. Living surrounded by Nature, seeing the world through my children's eyes and learning from those seeking my service have all taught me to open my eyes and listen to what needs to be expressed.
